The story behind the Personal Brand to Revenue Framework
From the Munich Film Academy to TikTok
For more than 20 years I have worked at the intersection of storytelling, media and entrepreneurship.
From 2000 to 2004 I studied at the University of Television and Film in Munich, where I learned how stories build attention and trust. During that time I also learned the practical craft of visual storytelling: camera work, lighting, framing, sound and video production.
In 2012 I founded BodyChange (ImakeyouSexy).
The program was publicly documented by my business partner Detlef Soost, who became the authentic face of the brand.
For the first time I saw the power of a credible personal brand.
People follow people.
BodyChange grew rapidly and I was able to sell the company twice.
At cleverly I began placing my own Personal Brand at the center of marketing.
In 2025 I started building my own personal brand systematically.
Within 9 months I generated more than €350,000 in revenue purely through content on TikTok.
